{ I first met Todd as a fledgling builder who wanted to be the first builder in a plat I was developing in 2003. To make a long story very short Todd did very good work in my plat Storm Lake Heights which has 60 lots. In the end he was the most successful builder in the plat and built the nicest homes in this plat which is a higher end development in east Snohomish County. I would recommend anybody considering building a custom home consult with Todd before choosing a builder.

{ We chose Lockie Homes to handle our extensive remodel in February 2014 after considering a couple other contractors. Todd patiently listened to our objectives and summarized his pricing philosophy. A key reason why we chose Lockie Homes was based on their attention to detail. The company focuses on that attribute and customer satisfaction. About three days later, Todd presented us with an extensive schedule with an eight week duration. Our bonus room was excluded from the project, enabling us to function quite well as a family during the project. We replaced hardwood floors downstairs, remodeled the entire kitchen down to the drywall, installed cabinets/bookshelves in the family room, changed carpet in the living room, installed hardwood/carpet for the stairs, installed white doors and trim, hallway carpet, and master carpet, light fixtures, kitchen appliances, and remodeled the children’s bathroom. A new interior paint scheme was selected. Our total project was approximately $105,000. Todd’s wife Mary was instrumental during the process.
