Alan Mascord

I’ve worked with Todd on several projects over the years and know him to do a great job building many of the homes we have designed. The home he built in the 2007 Seattle Street of Dreams was a good example of his skill and workmanship. I would heartily recommend Todd to anyone wanting a home built.

Alan, thank you — coming from an architect we’ve collaborated with on multiple projects, that means a great deal. Copper Falls, the home we built together for the 2007 Seattle Street of Dreams, put our work in front of more eyes in a few weeks than most projects see in years, and there’s no room to cut corners when the public is walking through the finished rooms. Working from Alan Mascord Design Associates’ plans on that one, and on the others we’ve built together, has always pushed us to hold a higher standard. I’m glad it’s held up as an example of what we can build together, and I’m looking forward to the next one.
