Working with Todd was great; he was with us every step of the way throughout the planning process. He met with us frequently to explain the entire custom home design and build process. He even helped with site selection, explaining coverage, slope, and clearing concerns. Although we ultimately had to change our plans and didn’t pursue a custom home build we did get to work with Mary on remodeling a new home purchase. Mary was as much a pleasure to work with as Todd is. Both are professionals in their fields; trustworthy, conscientious, and supportive. I recommend both for new build and design as well as remodel projects. The result of their work is exceptional.

Before anyone commits to building a custom home, we work through the questions that decide whether the project makes sense: the site itself (lot coverage, slope, clearing), the design, permitting, and a realistic picture of cost.
